Job Description  :

The Promotions Executive is responsible for contacting, pitching, negotiating and ultimately securing promotions at some of the biggest restaurant names in the UK.

Our client is one of the most recognisable brands in Europe for online restaurant reservations, and also MICHELIN Guide, the single most prestigious and recognisable restaurant guide in the world!

Key responsibilities:

  • Updating, managing and converting pipeline of sales opportunities and leads 
  • Contact restaurants, primarily using the phone (but can be F2F) & pitch exciting marketing opportunities 
  • Deal with objections and negotiate in order to secure the most engaging and competitive restaurant promotions in market 
  • Agree commercial terms, produce signed contracts and secure key information 
  • Achieve deal acquisition and performance targets 
  • Report on pipeline performance, identify challenges and offer solutions 
  • Feedback on improvements to sales materials, processes and anything else which improves efficiency and scale 
  • Share examples of successes and failures so we as a business learn and grow 

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in the following areas: 

  • Background in sales or media sales (essential) 
  • Client facing role (essential) 
  • Hospitality industry, preferably restaurants (desirable) 
  • Understanding of digital Marketing (desirable) 
  • Promotion/offer Marketing (desirable) 
  • Daily Deals sales (attractive)
